Wexford is the county town of County Wexford, built on the south side of Wexford Harbour where the River Slaney reaches the sea. It was founded by the Vikings around 800 AD and has about 21,500 people today. The narrow Main Street runs parallel to the quays, and the town is famous for the Wexford Festival Opera, held every October since 1951.

Can I send flowers to someone performing at or attending the opera festival?
Send the flowers to a home or hotel address rather than to the theatre, and add a phone number for the recipient. The town centre is very busy during the festival, so order early in the day.
