Final prices, delivery costs and availability are always confirmed by the flower shop at the time of ordering. Payment is processed via the flower shop and/or its payment providers.

5. Limitation of liability

SendFlowers.ie is not responsible for:

• the flower shop's or associated florists' products, delivery, quality or conduct
• errors or omissions in orders handled by third parties
• delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• temporary interruptions or errors on the website

6. Intellectual property rights

The content on SendFlowers.ie (text, logos, design and material) is protected by copyright and cannot be copied without written permission.

7. Links to third parties

We primarily link to the flower shop. We are not responsible for content on external websites. Always read their terms and privacy policy before making a purchase.
