Send flowers to Greystones, County Wicklow

Greystones (Irish: Na Clocha Liatha) is a seaside town on the east coast of County Wicklow, about 24 km south of Dublin city centre and 3.5 km south of Bray. At the 2022 census Greystones and Delgany together had 22,009 residents, which makes it the second largest town in the county after Bray. A town that size has no shortage of birthdays, new babies and neighbours to thank, and a bouquet is often the easiest way to say it.

Where the town begins and ends

The town takes its name from a stretch of grey stones, roughly a kilometre long, between its two beaches. The harbour and marina sit at the northern end of the seafront, and the railway station at the southern end. North Beach is stony and runs below the cliffs of Bray Head, while South Beach is a broad sandy stretch about a kilometre long that holds a Blue Flag.
